Buying a Home
There is no question that buying a home is one of the biggest decisions you will make. Everyone will have advice for you, but in my experience as long as you have the right people behind you the decision can be easy and quite enjoyable.
Before you make any decisions make sure you can answer the following questions.
Know your area.
Know your price.
Know your self.
Home Buying Questions
What is your location of choice?
What kind of neighbourhood do you want to live in?
Does it have good resale potential?
What type of home do you want?
How much are you looking to spend?
Have you discussed any mortgage details with a mortgage broker or your bank? Have you been qualified by an agent, or would you like me to help you with that?
Do you have children or plan on having children? Good schools are one of the most important hidden factors in buying a home.
Is public transportation a concern? Luckily, Mississauga and Ontario have plenty of locations near public transportation.
